The service
Captionr is operated by Incluve, LLC. It transcribes spoken video, translates it and produces timed captions you can review and download.
Your content
You keep every right to the videos you upload and the captions we produce for you. You confirm you have the right to upload each video, and you give us permission to process it only to deliver your captions.
Payment
Each video is priced by its length. You see the price before you pay, and processing starts only after payment.
Accuracy
Automatic transcription and translation can make mistakes, which is why every video goes through your review before download. You are responsible for checking captions before you publish them.
