Pricing questions
- Is there a subscription?

- How are minutes counted?
- From the length of the file you upload, rounded up to the next whole minute. A 2 minute 5 second video is billed as 3 minutes.

- Every video goes through the same transcription, translation and timing work, however short it is. The $2.00 minimum covers videos up to 13 minutes long.

- No. Reviewing, editing and downloading your captions, and sending them to YouTube, are all included in the price of the video.
- Can I get a refund?
