What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile photo. When you caption a video we store the file you upload, the transcript, the translation and the captions. Captionr does not see or store your card number: Stripe handles payment.
How long we keep it
Uploaded video and the audio we extract from it are deleted 7 days after processing. Transcripts and captions stay in your account until you delete the video or close your account.
Who processes your data
Google Firebase and Google Cloud host the service and your files. OpenAI transcribes the audio. Anthropic translates and segments the text. Stripe processes payments. Each one handles your data only to provide this service.
Your choices
You can delete any video and its captions at any time from the video page. To close your account or ask what we hold about you, email support@incluve.me.
