Signed in creators who want to change their display name or rename their workspace.

Step-by-step instructions

Where to find it: Account

Change your display name

1. Select Account in the app menu.
2. Under Profile, type a new name in Display name.
3. Select Save. The note under the field changes to "Saved."

Rename your workspace

1. Under Workspace, type a new name in Workspace name.
2. Select Save.

Important: Only the workspace owner can rename it. Other members see the name but cannot change it.

Expected result

The new name shows on the page and "Saved." appears under the field.

Common questions / troubleshooting

The Save button is greyed out. You have not changed anything yet. Edit the field and the button becomes available.

Can I change my email address? Your email comes from your Google account. Sign in with a different Google account to use another email.
