Sign in with Google

Who this guide is for

Creators who want to sign in for the first time, or come back to their videos.

Prerequisites

• A Google account.

Step-by-step instructions

Where to find it: Top menu › Sign in

Sign in

1. On the home page, select Sign in in the top menu, or Caption your first video. The sign in page opens.
2. Select Continue with Google. A Google window opens.
3. Choose the Google account you want to use. The window closes and you arrive at Videos.

Sign out

1. Select Sign out at the top right of any page. You return to the sign in page.

Important: The first time you sign in, your account and workspace are created for you. Signing in is free; you only pay when you caption a video.

Expected result

You see the Videos page with your videos, or Upload your first video if you have none yet.

Common questions / troubleshooting

Nothing happens when I select Continue with Google. Your browser may have blocked the Google window. Allow pop ups for this site, or wait: the page switches to Google in the same tab instead.

I see "Google sign in is not switched on for this project yet". Sign in is being set up. Try again later or email support@incluve.me.

I signed in with the wrong Google account. Select Sign out, then sign in again and choose the other account.
